2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver and secure the website, Vercel processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, and the time of access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.
3. Analytics and privacy choice
With your consent, I use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the portfolio is used and how well it performs. Vercel states that the analytics and performance data points are anonymous and are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address.
Analytics remain disabled until you allow them. Where consent is required for access to information on your device, the legal basis is § 25(1) TDDDG. To the extent personal data are processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Your choice is stored for six months in the first-party cookie "ag-consent". It contains only whether analytics were accepted or rejected. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.
4. Appointment booking and contact
You can book a non-binding initial conversation directly through this website. A Cal.com account is not required. For a booking, I process your name, email address, appointment details, time zone, verification information, and any optional notes you provide. Please do not include sensitive information in the notes.
Cal.com processes the booking on my behalf, and Zoho Calendar is used to synchronize the appointment. If the meeting takes place by video, Cal Video is used and is powered by Daily.co. Recording is disabled.
For verification and abuse prevention, Upstash processes pseudonymous hashes derived from IP and email addresses and short-lived verification and rate-limit information. Verification requests expire after 10 minutes, temporary reservations after 30 seconds, and rate-limit records may remain for up to 24 hours.
If you contact me by email, your message is handled through Zoho Mail. I process the information you send only to respond to your inquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your contact concerns a potential contractual relationship. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for professional communication and security.
5. Service providers
I use Vercel for hosting and optional analytics, Cal.com for appointment scheduling, Zoho for calendar and email services, Upstash for booking security, and Daily.co for Cal Video. These providers receive data only where needed to provide the respective service.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the providers use applicable legal safeguards under the GDPR. More information is available in their privacy notices linked below.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
